Use of Site Your usage of www.perfectcvs.co.uk ("the site") and the products and services provided by PerfectCVs including free CV assessment and the authorisation forms, templates, questionnaires available to customers are subject to the following terms and conditions which are automatically deemed accepted by anyone accessing the site. In submitting to PerfectCVs personal data you automatically accept and are subject to our privacy policy. The site is intended as a service to those requiring support in making job / vacancy applications and your usage of the site should do nothing to undermine this objective, the security, integrity or general operation of the site or affect its general availability. The content of the site is protected by Copyright and software used in its construction is subject to licence agreements, neither of which should be breached in your usage of the site; such usage including but without limitation, copying of content or reverse engineering which would be regarded as examples of  breach. Templates, questionnaires and personality profiling documents may not be reproduced in whole or in part and may not be used for any activity other than by Perfect CVs in the construction of a CV for a customer or in constructing a personality profile.

Availability of Site and Services - Liability Every effort is made by PerfectCVs to ensure the site remains accessible at all times but we accept no liability of any description, direct or indirect, arising from interruption to the availability of the site, errors in the functionality of the site or its content however caused. Similarly we accept no liability of any description, direct or indirect, arising from any inability to provide the services offered on the site, whatever the cause of such inability. Perfect CVs is an ongoing business but we accept no responsibility for operating the site in its entirety or particular parts of the site or the services offered on the site for any indefinite time and accept no responsibility arising from the cessation or change of operations in part or in whole or of services offered on the site in part or in whole. We reserve the right to alter the specification of the site and services solely at our discretion but this will have no effect on the fulfilment of orders placed for services which subsequently are altered or withdrawn.  

Order Fulfilment of CV Writing and Application Letter Writing Services Perfect CVs will make every effort to execute all orders within the time frames quoted in this site but we accept no liability for any delay however caused and similarly accept no liability for any non availability of Consultants or Specialists allocated to execute orders. The process of writing CVs and Application Letters involves the submission of draft versions to the customer for review. It is the customer's responsibility to provide feedback on drafts submitted including for example but without limitation detail of errors, comments, concerns and general questions; provision of such information is used in the construction of a further draft. Perfect CVs accept no liability for errors, ommissions or ambiguity in drafts or final versions of CVs or Application Letters where the error, ommission or ambiguity has not been reported by the customer. Feedback on drafts should be provided within 30 days of draft receipt; should no feedback be received within 30 days of last draft submitted, the order will be regarded as completed, all files and documentation relating to the order will be deleted from our computer system in line with our Privacy Policy and no further contact will be made with the client. Order fulfilment of the "Standard CV Package" requires completion of an on line questionnaire by the customer; should any part of this questionnaire not be submitted within 30 days of its availability to the customer, the order will be deemed complete and no further contact will be made with the customer. Order fulfilment for Premium and Platinum CV Writing Packages require telephone or face to face meeting appointments. We offer a variety of appointment times to accommodate the working schedules of our clients but inevitably appointments will need to be cancelled by the customer, which should be done as soon as practicable. We will accept 2 such cancellations in any one order and offer rearranged appointments, cancellation of a 3rd appointment or appointment no show will result in the order being terminated and no further contact will be made with the customer. Telephone appointments offered are held open until 6 hours prior to appointment time after which time we cannot guarantee their availability. Meeting appointments are held open until 24 hours prior to appointment time after which time they will be automatically closed. Failure by a customer to respond to appointment offers will result in the order being terminated with no further contact being made with the customer. Writing of Application Letters requires submission of an on line form or email to an assigned specialist; where no submission or email is received within 30 days of the last contact between specialist and client, the order is deemed complete. Perfect CVs will regard as complete any order or part of order when a final version of a CV or Application Letter is delivered to the customer or where there is a 30 day or longer period of non contact by the customer from the last email or letter delivered by Perfect CVs, such contact being made by email or letter, not telephone. Application Letters ordered in bulk are valid for 6 months from order date, this period can be extended on request made within the initial 6 month period.

Consumer Protection The services provided via Perfect CVs are subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations). In particular we would draw to your attention to the customers right of cancellation. The cancellation period normally ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the contract is concluded, ie when the order is placed OR on the commencement of service.

Hence we will issue a full refund less an administration fee of £40.00 for orders cancelled prior to any work commencing. Once work has commenced on a particular order, which may consist of more than one service, no refund shall be payable on cancellation.

We make no check of accuracy on this information and accept no liability of any description, direct or indirect, arising from the provision of inaccurate personal data supplied by you.

Disputes Whilst disputes are few and far between and those that do occur we would hope to settle amicably directly with the complainant, the usage of the site and the services of Perfect CVs are construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all disputes, claims or proceedings relating to the validity, construction or performance of this the site or service of Perfect CVs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Perfect CVs do operate a formal complaints procedure, any complaints should be made ideally within 14 days of occurrence and will be fully investigated. It should be noted that in accordance with our privacy policy, all client data is deleted from our computer system or destroyed 30 days after completion of order and thus we cannot entertain complaints originating more than 30 days after order completion.

Format of Terms and Conditions The headings in bold type used in these T&Cs are for convenience only and form no part of the T&Cs themselves. If any provision or term of these T&Cs shall become or declared illegal, invalid or  unenforceable for any reason whatsoever including, but without limitation, by reason of the provisions of any legislation or other provisions having the force of law or by reason of any decision of any Court or other body or authority having jurisdiction over the business of Perfect CVs such terms or provisions shall be divisible from these T&Cs and shall be deemed to be deleted from these T&Cs provided always that if any such deletion substantially affects or alters the commercial basis of the business of Perfect CVs, then Perfect CVs shall negotiate with its then current clients in good faith to amend the provisions and terms of these T&Cs as necessary or desirable in the circumstances. In all other circumstances, Perfect CVs reserves the right to alter these T&Cs at its sole discretion.
