Reports produced in response to requests for free CV reviews are posted to a special section of the site and accessed via a bespoke link provided only to the individual for whom the report is provided. These remain live for 10 days and are then removed and the original CV submitted to us for review is deleted from our entire computer system..

We use a secure on line payment provider with Verisign protection and the details of the credit / debit cards used to purchase products are not revealed to us. If payment is made by cheque, we record the details only until we can confirm that the cheque has cleared.
